Many athletes will become hurt or feel pain throughout the season. Sometimes the pain comes on for what we perceive as no reason. The problem is there is always a reason for the pain. You must identify the problem so you can treat immediately before it become worse.

Many times the pain you have it not where the problem is. So just icing an injuries area will not fix the pain. It might make it feel better for 10-15 minutes but you need to find why did you get the pain? Where is my problem.
