This step has become a staple in teaching my athletes how to be facing in a lateral stance and to get them to get the best step possible when it comes to opening the hips and going.

Once I started to work on my athletes with this step it has become a game changer, especially my baseball players, soccer, basketball etc….   It you want to help your athletes improve their lateral movement then you need to be able to break this step down.
