Most avid lifters want a bigger, stronger bench press.  At some point during our lifting career we will hit a point that we plateau.  That plateau can last a couple days to a couple of weeks with really no gain in weight on the bench.  In this video I discuss 2 exercises that you can do to help push you past that plateau and get you back on your way of making those gain.
