In sports it is required that athletes be able to move laterally very efficiently. While many can, there are many who struggle to gain the most with which movement to perform. In this video I break down 3 different types of lateral movement that is seen with athletes.
While most of us are taught the side shuffle we are not taught the other 2. If we want to have a group of athletes who can move all over the field and not be limited we need to look at these other two and see how we can implement into our athletes workout.
