Troy Spencer is a former football player and QB for the Lower Dauphin Falcons. Troy help lead his team to a surprise 2013 District Champion and a 13-2 record.
Troy is now in his 3rd year as a Pastor Vicar and has spent much of his time traveling and preaching in different parts of the country.
