Get Ready To Unleash Your Potential!
If you are preparing for the NFL Combine or College Pro-Day then EXSP Performance Academy would like to invite you to join our 2017 NFL Combine Prep in Harrisburg, PA.
We value working with high caliber athletes like yourself. We are willing to give everything we have to make your dream become a reality. That is why we have put together an unbelievable Combine Prep Program with you in mind. No two athletes are alike. This is why we train each of our athletes on an individual basis. While the techniques and drills might be the same, we understand that not all conform to that technique.
We give coaching cues and feedback to each athlete which can make a difference to your performance being your best, or not quite reaching your goals. This feedback to each athlete has helped them drop tenths off their times and improve by inches and repetitions.
At EXSP we design our program around a 4-5 day a week training regimen. The “off-days” are spent working on active recovery, mindset, etc….. We start each day with warm-up activation then we move on to techniques of each test. Then we work 1-on-1 followed by weight room training to enhance the explosion, speed, power, stability, flexibility and so much more. Programs can start Dec or the beginning of January.
Program includes 10-12 weeks of Combine Specific Training
- Pre-testing and Evaluation (also Mock Combine)
- 40 Yard Dash and First 5 Yard Technique
