GAME SPEED TRAINING WITH COACH BRIX

GROUP FITNESS TRAINING WITH COACH BRIX

Female Training Group – Ages 8-12

  • Monday & Wednesday – 10:15 am – 11:30 am
  • Tuesday – 12:15 pm – 1:30 pm

Female Training Group – Ages 13-17

  • Monday & Wednesday – 9:00 am – 10:15 am
  • Tuesday – 1:30 pm – 2:45 pm

Youth Group – Ages 7-11

  • Tuesday & Thurday 11:00 am – 12:15 pm
  • Monday 2:30 pm – 3:45 pm

 

THERE IS LIMITED SPACE: Maximum Group Size is 8 Athletes

OVERVIEW OF THE PROGRAMS:

  • Body Coordination and control
  • Improved Movement Preparation
  • Increase in Movement of an athletes acceleration, deceleration and re-acceleration (A.D.R.) system
  • Improving Running Mechanics
  • Enhancing ones Top End Velocity
  • Helping to develop a sound strength program to build an athlete’s ability to enhance their athletic ability.
  • Game speed and reaction situations

All class times will be 1 hour and 15 minutes long.
Class sessions will be either 8 or 10 weeks in length with 1 make up week at the end of period.
Schedule runs June 12th – Aug. 4th (8 Weeks) or June 12th – Aug. 18th (10 weeks)

PRIVATE GROUP TRAINING WITH COACH BRIX

Private group training is for the athlete(s) who needs specific one-on-one training. They will get a personalized routine designed specifically to meet their needs. Contact Coach Brix with questions and for more information.

30 Minute Sessions – $25
45 Minute Sessions – $40
1 Hour Sessions – $50

Small Group (5-6 kids):

  • 1 Session – $20 per person
  • 8 Session – $120 per person
  • 12 Sessions – $175 per person
